Cancellation Policy

Allow booking from 1 until 30 days in advance Not available after 4 on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, By booking a ceremony with Drive Up & Wed, you agree to the following terms: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received. The couple is responsible for selecting the correct package, date, time, and guest count at checkout. No refunds nontransferable Couples are responsible for obtaining a valid Texas marriage license before the ceremony. The marriage license must be brought to the ceremony. If the couple does not bring a valid marriage license, Drive Up & Wed may still perform a symbolic ceremony, but the ceremony cannot be legally completed without the required license. Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. Please arrive on time and ready for your ceremony. Late arrival may reduce ceremony time, photography time, or other included services. If you arrive too late for the scheduled appointment additional fees may apply to schedule. Guest limits, ceremony time, photography time, and included services are based on the package selected. Budget elopement packages are designed to be simple, short, and limited in scope. Extra guests, additional time, setup changes, decorations, reception time, food, or other services are not included unless specifically stated in the selected package or approved in writing. Payments, deposits, and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. No-shows and same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment. Drive Up & Wed reserves the right to refuse or stop service for unsafe behavior, abusive conduct, excessive intoxication, property damage, or failure to follow venue rules. Clients are responsible for their guests and for any damage caused during their appointment. Photography, flowers, cake, food, décor, and other add-ons are included only when specifically listed in the selected package. Final details may vary based on package, availability, guest count, date, time, and selected options. For larger celebrations, food and beverage minimums may apply. Final pricing for larger weddings may depend on guest count, date, time, menu selection, and requested add-ons.
