What You'll Need

Both applicants generally need to apply together, either in person at a local courthouse or through Tarrant County’s formal-license video option.

Bring valid government-issued photo ID.

The standard license fee is currently $76.

There is normally a 72-hour waiting period.

The ceremony must take place within 90 days of issuance.
